These terms apply when you use sahinumber.com ("SahiNumber", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a comparison, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of these terms.

Who we are

What SahiNumber does

SahiNumber is numerology calculation software. It offers:

• Free calculators for a mobile number, a name or a vehicle number. They run in your browser.
• A paid comparison (Compare and Choose): you enter your date of birth and 1 to 10 numbers you are choosing between, and get an on-screen report with every step of the maths shown: the full fit of a single number, or a ranking of 2 or more, with a Number Shopping List. • Number pages that explain what numerologists usually associate with each number.

We only describe what numerology traditions say about numbers. We don't sell gemstones, remedies, pujas or consultations.

Entertainment and self-reflection

Numerology content is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Numerology is a tradition, not a science, and a number can't cause anything to happen. No outcome is guaranteed, and we don't predict events. Any decision you make is yours. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy a comparison, and you confirm this at checkout. Our service is meant for people in India and prices are in Indian rupees.

Your inputs

You are responsible for entering the right date of birth and numbers. The ranking is worked out from what you enter, so a typo changes the result. If you enter details about someone else, make sure they are happy for you to do so.

We don't store your inputs. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we keep.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. At launch we accept UPI only.
• The full price is shown before you pay. [FOUNDER: if GST-registered, "Prices include GST."] There are no hidden charges.
• An order is treated as paid only once Razorpay confirms the payment to our server.
• Razorpay may ask for your phone number or email under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't receive or store those.

Your report and its link

• Your report appears on screen right after payment. It is a private link: anyone with the full link can open it, so share it only with people you trust.
• We don't keep a copy of your report and can't email it to you. Save it using the options on the report page (PDF, image, share, "My reports", QR code, recovery card).
• If you lose the link, you can get a new one on Recover my report with the same inputs and your payment ID.
• The link keeps working as long as you have it, except after a refund: once an order is refunded, its report no longer opens.

Refunds and cancellation

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment with one tap on your report. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone;
• try to get around our security, bot checks or rate limits, or test card or payment details on the site;
• send automated requests to the order, report, recovery or refund features;
• copy or scrape the site's content in bulk, or put a heavy load on the site;
• reverse-engineer our report links or try to read someone else's report without their link;
• resell reports, or present our content as professional advice.

We may block access or refuse an order if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken. If that happens after you have paid, we will refund you unless the payment itself was fraudulent.

Our content

The text, calculations, design and the SahiNumber name belong to us. You may save, print and share your own report and share cards for personal use. You may quote short parts of our pages with a link back. Please don't republish our pages or reports as your own.

Other services

Payments, hosting and bot checks are provided by other companies (Razorpay and Cloudflare), under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or stop free features at any time. If a paid report can't be delivered, you get a refund.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• the site and reports are provided "as is", for entertainment and self-reflection;
• we are not liable for any decision you make based on our content, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
• our total liability for anything relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law, or any other right that can't be excluded by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. If a change is significant, we will show a notice on the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. Otherwise, the courts at [CITY, STATE] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
